The University aims to ensure the information on its websites is available to the broadest possible audience, meeting the standards in the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.

We make every effort to provide an initial response to requests for assistance within 24 business hours of receiving notice.

Web Accessibility Training 

New and existing online content created by RWU’s community including our faculty, staff and student employees must adhere with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guideline standards. All website content editors and content creators should be trained in the standards through the University Marketing and Communications web management team.
